Our head chef Hiro – lovingly called 'Hero' by our customers – is a former Japanese Omakase sushi chef who brings precision, passion, and years of culinary expertise to every donut.
Made with Texas flour and inspired by Hokkaido milk cream, every donut is fluffy, fresh, and uniquely crafted.
